Best Place to Bet on Football Online

ISABet.com.au – On the surface, there is not a soccer league that is overlooked by Mark Read’s IASbet.com (International All Sports). From the English Premier League to the Norwegian Tippeligaen, they have it all covered in spades.

They also offers three sign-up bonuses upon registration and gives the punter advice on the main competitions around the world. This allows you to make an informed betting decision and, if you are a soccer nut, you would have no complaints about the options available.

You can often get great odds on lesser-known leagues around the world because no one knows much about them. If you do your research, you could make good on your wager.

IASbet.com also allows you bet live ‘in play’ on a number of matches, which can increase your odds of winning. And you could even win more.

IAS Bet has Asian Handicap betting available as well, which gives the punter a better chance of winning. The draw is eliminated from the equation and you bet on the home or away team. The Handicaps, like the Stawell Gift, are applied to make both teams even.

For example, Manchester United may have a one goal start on Chelsea. This is how your chances of winning are improved because the outcomes are changed from a simple win or loss.

In my opinion, due to this, IASbet.com is the best place to bet on football online. The options are available, far and wide, and the punter can be confident of accessing value odds when betting.

Australian Rugby Any Topic

Rugby Update: On the field, the sheer toughness of a Rugby League player cannot be questioned. But, judging from this latest ugly episode, it seems that, off the field, it’s a different story.

If you had been reading the recent news, you would think Matthew Johns was the only person who had intercourse with a 19-year-old girl in Christchurch in 2002, when on tour with his club, Cronulla.

No charges were laid then and none will be. But it is known that there were up to six players in the room that night. Not one, besides Johns, has admitted their role.

Johns has admitted that what he did was wrong, but he is adamant he did nothing illegal and that the act was consensual.

Through this, as a result of his media profile, he has been made to stand and accept all the blame. It is time the other involved on that night came and confessed to ease the pressure on Johns. He has lost his job at Channel 9, for now, and his place as assistant coach at Melbourne Storm.

The time is right for others to admit their part. Johns has been hung, drawn and quartered, while others – who did the same thing – have watched on.

Yes, they would feel sorry for their former teammate, but their guilt is not to a level where they feel the need to apologise to the woman – like Johns has. Whether the players did something illegal is an argument for another day, but his mates need to confess.

Betting on Rugby

It doesn’t stop at Rugby League or Union when betting online. What about picking a winner for the 2011 Rugby Union World Cup (New Zealand are currently rated a $1.90 favourite, followed by Australia and South Africa at $5.50) or the Heineken Cup or Six Nations.

Don’t like Union? How about selection the winner of the 2013 League World Cup or taking part in “live betting” at half-time of NRL matches? All these options are available through Sportingbet.com.au. You can even have a nibble at English competitions. If you know your Rugby, there is no shortage of options.

Sportingbet gives rugby punters the option of selecting the first NRL coach to depart this season and the half-time/full-time double. Why not bet small and take a punt for a big return? A multi is the best way to achieve that – why not go for two NRL matches and two AFL matches?

Centrebet.com.au, meanwhile, allows betting on NRL matches and the 2013 World Cup. In NRL, besides the winners and losers, you can, among other things, select your own ‘line’, first team to score, first Try scorer, as well as most Tries for a single player.

The odds on these extra options are usually quite attractive given the breadth of possibilities associated with rugby bets online. Centrebet also offers odds for upcoming Union tournaments, including the 2009 Tri Nations and Lions tour. At present, 2011 World Cup betting is limited to the winner, with New Zealand the $1.75 favourite. Australia is listed at $5.
